Parent Consultation
Practical, compassionate support for parents navigating the challenges of family life.
1 hour consultation- £70
Parenting does not come with a manual, and every child is unique. Parent consultations provide a space to discuss concerns, explore challenges, and gain insight into your child's emotional, social, and developmental needs.
Drawing upon my experience in childcare, child development, family systems, and child and adolescent therapy, consultations are designed to help parents better understand what may be happening beneath a child's behaviour while identifying practical strategies that can be implemented at home.
Whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply looking for guidance and reassurance, consultations offer a supportive, non-judgemental space to reflect, problem-solve, and develop confidence in your parenting approach.
Common Topics Include
Managing difficult behaviour
Emotional regulation and big feelings

What to Expect
Sessions are tailored to your family's individual needs. Together we will explore your concerns, consider your child's developmental stage and wider environment, and identify practical strategies that feel realistic and achievable for your family.
Rather than providing a one-size-fits-all solution, the aim is to help parents gain a deeper understanding of their child while feeling more confident in responding to challenges as they arise.
Consultation Options
One-Off Consultation

Ongoing Parent Support

£70 Per 1 hour consultation.
A Collaborative Approach
I believe parents know their children best. My role is not to tell you how to parent, but to work alongside you, offering insight, understanding, and practical support to help you feel more confident in navigating the complexities of family life.
